Hi..Yesterday I signed up for your Virtual Hosting plan..I'm still dind't receive any username, password e-mail or sth like that.I only received confirmation e-mail, which on I replied with needed words: "i understand and agree'.
Maybe I'm too nervous but I need this service as quickly as it possible...

They have icq contacts on the bottom of their contact page, they have someone ALLWAYS on line (I've even hassled them at 2am and theres someone there). I wouldn't worry.. their support is awesome...

3 am sunday and i got help in minutes.
took about a week to get set up,but that was my fault,they will take of you

prohosters are fantastic. They even had mysql up and running within 30min of me signing up!

oh and they have support on ICQ, IRC and if you know how I even got helped right on telnet talk.
