Looking to hire a website designer

I have access to adult toys at true wholesale prices , but need a real website to move the product. Like most startups, my budget is limited but I now realize I need to spend money to make money.
The site I attemted to build is www.secrettoychest.com with homestead.com which supplied me with a software and my current hosting.

The more expensive you go (rule of thumb) the better site you will have. It depends what your budget is.
