exit console for grouped pages

I get about 3-5K hits a day to my AVS site amazonians.com (http://amazonians.com) .

I use frames and tour pages.

I want to be able to allow the surfer to use backspace to navigate through the tour pages, but piss them off to a sponsor or topsite if they leave the group of pages. I am completely losing out on this exit traffic at the moment. Any ideas? - simple exit console on entrance page is not good enough - I am losing a lot of traffic during the tour.

no sweat, man
just put the exit javascript stuff in your lefthand frame. As long as that frame is static throughout the tour, and if they leave, it gets unloaded.. there ya go.

Fantastic. Thanks Donger. Obvious, but I am a complete newbie with Javascript, Perl and all this new stuff (I was using punch cards in the 70's). I used to be as happy as a pig in mud with c, but there is not much chance to use it on websites. I even used to recode the standard library for my Z80 C compiler in machine code - not assembler - actual machine code ( I had on my CPM system only 64K of memory). We are the same age donger, just need to transpose the digits.

We should trade some traffic once I can send you a couple of k. Thanks again.
