You still owe me about $800 US for sellustraffic. Its now been months and months that you keep telling me that you will send out the checks but you never do.. You told me that I was cheating (a long time ago) because i had popped up the sellyourtraffic code in a popup, and i wasnt aware that i was not allowed to do that (i was a newbie back then). Once you told me that I cheated, I immideately took all the codes off my pages for the sellyourtraffic code, and left the sellustraffic code intact. I told you that since this was my mistake, that I shouldnt be paid for those popups, and just for sellustraffic. I couldnt see anything wrong with this offer, because you pretty much got 2 popups for the price of 1. You agreed, and said that you will send the checks. Its now been something like 4 months, and im still waiting for my $800 i earned with sellustraffic. Ive only received the first 2 checks from you, and not only that, one of them BOUNCED. Please tell me when youre going to pay me..

It says:

NO CONVERSION RATES, NO RATIOS, NO SIGNUPS,

USE TEXT LINKS, BLIND LINKS, BANNERS, NO EXIT OR ENTRY CONSOLES

so not only were you cheating with sellustraffic.com by having more than 1 console, you were trying to fuck us with exiting to sellyourtraffic.com which clewarly says you can not send exit to that program.

Both on the same fucking page

SYT, when I got the check back in the mail, it said that it bouced because of insufficient funds. I know I put the sellyourtraffic code on a popup, but from what i thought i know, i was allowed. It was a simple mistake. You told me that wasnt allowed, and i agreed. I apologized, and told you to not pay me for that money. But what about sellustraffic? I had followed the rules completely, and had done nothing wrong for that one.. every little minor detail i changed on my galleries i let you know. I told you that you did not have to pay me for sellyourtraffic - i told you it was a mistake, and i did not deserve that money. I did deserve the money for sellustraffic. I had made an error in sellyourtraffic, not sellustraffic. You still get 2 popups for the price of one.

Judging from what I've seen in this thread, you should definitely pay this guy for his "sellustraffic" account.

And if a sponsors checks bounces from Insufficient Funds.. well.. all I have to say is : NEVER USE THAT SPONSOR AGAIN. PERIOD.

And lastly but not least, I paid you for the traffic, and NO I did not get 2 hits for the price of one, because I don't broker multiple hits on a page to the sponsors, thats called trying to cheat the sponsor.

I regret even poaying you for the traffic you sent that was cheating me at the time, but I gave you the benefit of the doubt.

"Newbie?" thats a hell of an excuse, if you can read the terms then you knwo what they say. So go cheat soemone else, I'd love to see if they would even pay you for the traffic you sent them while you cheated them.

Most sponsors would can you for cheating without pay. So for my being reasonable all I get is your bullshit.

I would like to see 1 sponsor come here, say they would pay you for doing what you did to them, and getting paid by them as well.

Bullshit the check bounced Insufficient funds, you post a ciopy of the check right here, and if it says insufficient funds I'll pay you $1000 on top. Some banks screw up and do not understand how to negotiate a check thru "collection."

"collection" is a banking term that means cashing foreign checks.

Definately not many, after the first 3 or 4 weeks when I was getting like 5k a day, you let me know of what i was doing. I got rid of the code immideately, and hell, I even dropped pornoground (my blind link sponser) to use yours instead to help pay you back - all "next page" link i had went to you. And, knowing the mistake i had made, I told you that you did not have to pay me for sellyourtraffic traffic, even though I had dropped my own sponser to get you some hits back - free hits.

Im just telling you my side of the story, I can see why you didnt pay me but im trying to make you see my side as well. The check did bouce - ill give you proff tuesday. email me the copy, there is no way that check bounced for NSF, I have never bounced a check for NSF period.

You other argument, "I was a newbie..." is like getting a drivers license, jumping in the car the first day you got the license, running thru a red light, and telling the judge, you didn't know better because you just got the license.

If you can signup for multiple programs, code the page, then you knwo what you're doing. You obviously can reasd English, since you filled out the application, the program terms are very clearly stated. So don't tell me you didn't read the terms.

what the hell is NSF anyway? I was a newbie is not one of my arguements, my arguement was it was a mistake. I had not worked with popup sponsers before, and now i realize how stupid i was. Ive never once said your company was stupid, sucked or anyhting like that. Im sorry syt, but i tried ICQing you dozens of times, and the only reply i got was "Ill send your check out in a wekk or so, after I put the stop payment on the other checks i sent", and everytime i asked you after that, all i heard was "i havent been to the bank yet)... how was i supposed to know the same wouldnt happen over email? from what i know about javascript, yes i think i do know what that is.

myWin is the popup window. myWin loads up when the page loads up, all other references to myWin are changing the way myWin acts. myWin.blur - make it go to the back (which i asked), myWin.location = blahblah is the URL of your site http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif. it doesnt load as an exit popup, just as a regular popup

that was my very first layout - when you told me what i was doing was wrong, i fixed up the site. all popups were going to your sponser (entrance and exit). i know i was wrong, and i told u that you didnt have to pay me for that traffic - but i mean come on! how abot the other 4 months of sending traffic? how about replacing my blind link sponser with yours to help even it out? can you honestly not see my side here? it was a mistake which lasted 4 weeks - i told you not to pay me that traffic, then i spent 4 months trying to fix up my error! Sponsors have rules for a reason. Breaking a rule, even if it is a trivial one, is deemed as cheating them.

For example, if you send lots of hits from a console hell, how would you expect the exit program to make money compared to a totally clean site?

In this case i believe the exit sponsor was correct in terminating your account, as you clearly broke the rules of the program.

However, you have to start worrying about sponsors when they refuse to pay you for no reason..

sellustraffic has always had in it's terms that cj sites can not join. So anyone that tried to slip by us as a cj site, or with multiple popups like qpabani did, was in violation of the terms.

Qpabani - you cheated, I don't pay cheaters end of discussion, I gave you 2 chances, you did it again. So don't give me this shit about you didn't cheat.

Indigo - Sellustraffic , and or any of my programs, have never issued a check that was NSF. That is we have never wriotten a check that bounced for non sufficient funds, so banks do not understand the process for cashing foreign checks, that is not our fault. And anytime this has happened we have reissued the check, and told the webmaster to tell their bank that they need to cash it as a foreign check.

For the last time I do not want cj or similar sites in my program, so go join some other program,

sellustraffic has always had in it's terms that cj sites can not join. So anyone that tried to slip by us as a cj site, or with multiple popups like qpabani did, was in violation of the terms.

Qpabani - you cheated, I don't pay cheaters end of discussion, I gave you 2 chances, you did it again. So don't give me this shit about you didn't cheat.

Indigo - Sellustraffic , and or any of my programs, have never issued a check that was NSF. That is we have never wriotten a check that bounced for non sufficient funds, so banks do not understand the process for cashing foreign checks, that is not our fault. And anytime this has happened we have reissued the check, and told the webmaster to tell their bank that they need to cash it as a foreign check.

For the last time I do not want cj or similar sites in my program, so go join some other program,

I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt on 2 occassions, and paid him, thats more than any reasonable person would expect.

And the check was good when I wrote it and is still good if he hasn't cashed it. I am not stupid , so don't ever assume I would write a bad check.

But I do have to say, I am not responsible for any bank that does not understand how to clear a foreign check.

I give webmasters all over the world checks, and every now and then some local bank screws up.

this board reached a consensus a while back that blatering a sponsor in public was not the way to go. And I agreed then, and say it again. If anyone has a problem they should take care of it in private with the sponsor.

This whole thread was initaiated by a self confessed cheater. It was not based on fact but on his own admission of cheating.

I'd like to see 1 sponsor say they would pay a cheater. I would also like to see what people have to say about a cheater slandering me, my program and business in public.

And since you got me going , here's one more thing.

No other sponsor has as many webmasters in their program, moves as much traffic in a month, or pays out as much as me in a month.

I am actually scanning cancelled checks for the pay period before last, since I have them back, and I will post them here if anyone really doubts what I just said.

Finally, you don't see any support for me on this board because I do not allow cj traffic into the programs. So before anyone thinks I am bullshitting them, I am telling them the way it is.

But I know that there is an agenda being run here, and it is not about what you say. The agenda goes deeper into the woes of traffic brokers, and the direction the traffic business is going. Lets leave it at that, and not go on about something that is not the issue.

The issue is traffic brokers. AKA resellers are fighting for survival, and they are resorting to any means possible to out do me. Unfortuantely it has not worked, it will not work, for ONE simple reason, I have no intrest in screwing anyone out of money. IU make my living brokering traffic.

I can not pay for fake, hits, multiple popups, and crappy stuff that is clearly in the terms.

The reason I can not pay is not because I want to act like God, it's because the very few sponsors left can not accept this stuff.

Of all the resellers I have , they have for the most part realized that we can not screw the sponsors and make money for too long, thats why they play the game. The game being to deliver trafffic that the end buyer is willing to accept.

Here is a big thanks to a lot of people who have been smart enough to stay out of this latest crap match, you are smart in not killing your own cash cow.

I don't want to go into details, because it surves no purpose, but lets say the best thing to do is not to slag others but to think of ways of making money together.

This is my last post on this thread, assuming no one needs tro say anything that is not called for.

Okay... I'm a bit pissed. I joined sellyourhits.com back in October. You even hit me up on ICQ asking me to join. Well I have not received one payment from you. I just took your link down after reading this.

Well the site I use the link on only gets about 2k a day. As I see it from when I signed up until now you owe me $393.94

So where is my money I earned before this new rule you made? How many sites do you have in your program making under $100 a month and then just keeping that money? That could add up to allot of money in a hurry!

You made the rule back in December so it was my fault I didn't look at my stats and see it. But I haven't seen 1 cent from you before that. Probably $200. All I can say is if I don't see my money I will take your ass to small clams court. Even if I lose it will cost you money, time, and energy.

Also contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission will hurt your business in a big way. I have been fucked before and did the same thing. Never got my money but that business is no longer making any either.

well, for the record, just in case a lawsuit is a possibility, I doubt that he will screw enough people to justify a class action suit, but there is nothing that says you can not have multiple plaintiffs against one respondent.

Oh, one more thing, the word slander has been used quite liberaly here. It is impossible to commit slander here, because slander is defamation via the spoken word. What we may have here is libel which is done via the written word. Just a little note to make the conversation and threats sound a little more intelligent. The way to remember try this, sland"ear" as in to hear, oral defamation. Libel has the "eye" sound, as in to see, thus written defamation.

The check in question was for $142.82 as evidenced by qpabani / michaelw attachement ot me in his email. And yes he has caused me , my busines and my company unneccessary damages, and that will be addressed in a proper manner.

This bullshit of slandering programs must be held accountable, people can not be allowed to signup in multiple annon names, and write any crap they want. But thats another issue.
