But there is a difference when you claim everybody has CP just to not pay them, as 12clicks was doing. There are some that might be in the CP and those one should be reported to authorities, and there are others that never had anything to do with CP and nobody cares to investigate , is easyer to call them names and run with the money and 12clicks is just great in doing that <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

Octav is a cheat...plain & simple. He's had problems in the past with other affiliate programs. And when he gets canned from programs, he ends up not paying his webmasters. (Traffic Cash ever pay you?) Case & point....he owes me over $1,000 from blindest.com. But fuck him, he can take that G & blow it on some crack. Hey Octav, nothing personal but ummm, FUCK YOU punk bitch. But as always, time heals all wounds...this was 2 years ago, i hope you've cleaned up your biz practices since then, i believe everyon deserves a second chance.

DP, I am here , I did not reply to your first post as you answered it yourself. you claimed that we lowered payout from 3 cents to 1 cents and that was true about blindest program. I don't see how I owe you any money when we did gave 1 or 3 days if I am not wrong email notice that we will lower the payout, as we had the right according to the terms and conditions that you agreed on. I don't understand why you claim that I owe you $1000, is that the money difference that you would have earned more if we were not to change the payout? if that is the case, you should have take down the links, as we gave 1 days notice at least to do that..... hope it clears up for you, and I would appreciate if you could use proper language and not call names without any reason , it will be much better for this community if everybody keeps dealing in a professional way and explain the facts or point of views not just using the word "fuck" Thank You

Glad to see you atleast answer people now. Anyways, you guys "Antone & Octav" at the time owed me 1,000$, but just never sent the check. This payment was before the rate drop...you just never sent the $. When you dropped rates i simply stopped using your program. Anyways, it's been 2 years now & no check....the postal service is really slow these days.

The "war" here and all over the boards is all about getting webmasters to signup for 2 search-affiliate programs: Octav runs <a href="http://www.Firstbookmark.com" target="_blank">www.Firstbookmark.com</a> which pays 75% of revenu of every paid-click done by surfer while Standart Internet pays per UNIQUE and only a fixed 6 cents per first click on the search results.. My own experience: SI sucks big time... They must think all their webmasters are in a comma or something.. while out there ton of revenu-sharing search-programs like Firstbookmark.com are poping every day. What i like with FirstBookmark.com ? A. i asked and received an xml feed which I parse on *MY* server. This way i can LOG each search and each click made by my surfers plus the bid amount i earnd and can compare it with FirstBookmark's stats page. The results are accurate less +/- 3% click loss. try asking SI for that... B. i get a percentage of the revenu as a full partner from EACH click my surfer made on the search results links.. NOT a fixed 6c and counted only once with SI..(per unique surfer). while my surfers keep searching for more terms i still make $$$ from them during all day ... If you guys didnt know.. the average cost per click with most of the big players PPC search engines is 13-16c per click RAW ! ... so do the math your selfs...few searches from each surfer makes me a LOT more $$$ then a one time 6c per unique surfer with SI.. C. I get paid WEEKLY by check VS once per month with SI and.. with all the posts on the boards by webmasters not being paid by SI.. well why take the risk of losing almost 2 months of traffic before getting the bad news SI wont pay you for what ever reason they claim.. need i say more ..? I think Octav shook SI's world... That means one thing: competition is GOOD FOR US! just my 2 cents <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="cool.gif" />

I agree with Trip, the revenue potential with a revenue share is much more significant. Its too bad a lot of webmasters are blindsighted and only want to be paid per search/click. Sure, 6 cents per click is great, but in the long run its SI that makes bank, not the webmaster. And god forbid if SI gets a bookmark from that surfer, they'll make big bank from him whereas using an XML feed, the webmaster makes a majority which it should be. PS: One point I would like to disagree on is the 1-3 days notice of changing a rate. 1 day is really too short, for some webmasters it can take days to update all links. Good business practice would be a week in my opinion. WG

DP, Is funny how I did not receive any email from you or ICQ or phone call in the last days (the time those posts are here) trying to find out that we owe you or not any money? why ? you preferred to just post here claiming that we did not pay you $1000 after the payout change, now $1000 beofore, so make your mind. Let me tell you what I think. I think that you are just another name of 12clicks or a puppet for him? why because I see you only posted 6 posts before this one here on the board. How come you are a new webmaster but in the same time I owe you money for 2 years now ? Trip, You are RIGHT and that is all why 12clicks started all this. If the guy really thinks I am a thief then why is he bothering to post on all the boards, have his puppets friends post as well and make all this shit for nothing? for one reason, HE IS SCARED OF COMPETITION. little advice to 12clicks, make yourself a better program and webmasters will join you if you offer something good, but on top of that offer them RESPECT and not make a fool of yourself here.

Wiredguy, I agree with you that 1 day sometimes is not enough to give notice, but you know as good as me what happened. Everybody was selling the clicks to Yishai and his corporations. Then the credit cards got in problems with adult and all of a sudden everybody stopped buying traffic as Credit card processors stopped and a few big ones went down. So in our case actually we are owed money by them and we did not get any notice ourselves we just saw their servers down as everybody else. We could not give a week as you said will be fair notice as that time we were moving about 500,000 click-throughs a day at $0.03 each, that makes about $100,000 to pay for 1 week, what you will understand we could not pay from our pockets and give 1 week notice. I think considering the way it happen and the fact that we did not know it was gonna happen before we saw the servers down, that was pretty fair , we gave some notice to be fair with everybody and did not change the payout retroactively as some sponsors did in the same situation ( xpics did and babenet) when all those credit card processors went under. But definitely I agree that 1 week is normal delay that every sponsor should make if he is able to do it.

None of your sponsors owed you money and I suggest you edit your post before its seen by the guy you are slandering. Rawlikesushi sent its traffic to the same place you did but we gave our webmasters 30 days notice and paid in full. you took the last check and pocketed it. thief :)

trip, you shill well for octav but you don't understand the search business.
most searches performed by surfers do not return a result of .12 so your 50% of that DOES NOT equal .06 Mojosearch takes the risk of paying .06 on worthless searches knowing that it should balance out with hire paying searches down the line. pretending that what octav is doing is better is just silly. he does it this way because his pockets aren't deep enough to pay for searches that generate no revenue.
