GTXCash and 4PlayMail

Has anyone experience with GTXCash? I got several emails from them claiming they pay $1.50 per opt-in email. But when I check their terms they pay sliding rate from 0 to $1.50 based on conversion to paying members. Just wondering if anyone has made money with these guys?
