macintosh pc's

Anyone here have a G4 mac? How are they compared to Pentium and Amd pc's? The new G4 with dual 800mhz processors looks nice.

PowerPC processors (which are in Mac) are about twice as fast as a Pentium processor at the same clockspeed. So a 800mhz PowerPC processor is effectively a 1600mhz Pentium.

Bitch about macintosh is software.

That's why i've never ever had a macintosh.
