Yesterday marks our 2 month anniversary and we're killin' it. We took the past 8 weeks to work out the bugs, lower conversion ratios, and increase retention percentages. Our program was limited to our in-house Webmasters until this very announcement.
I also wanted to mention that I go above and beyond to help my Webmasters convert. Do you need free content, hosted galleries, domains, deals on hosting, a gallery designed for you, etc? Just let me know. I started in this bussiness over 3 years ago as a promoter for other pay sites; I always did better when my sponsor helped me promote his/her site. Last but not least: I know a lot of you can't stomach the gay niche. But you have to ask yourself, are you in this to look at hot chicks all day or are you here to make money? As time goes on, sadly it's harder to achieve both. Gay surfers convert better and retain longer. They use a heck of a lot less bandwidth on your galleries and they represent a better value in terms of content and bandwidth purchasing. I promoted amateur/teen/babe, etc.. for many years and I gotta tell you, there is no comparison to how much better the Gay niche does. Imagine submitting to half of the TGP's, using up half your normal bandwidth, and making twice as many sales.
