Dialer question ???

Hi, I'm new at CJ business,... finally I get some calls to my dialer: 2 calls from SAUDI ARABIA 46:16 MM:SS
and 23:08 Hold Time,...

Can you tell me what is this Hold Time and why can't I see how much I earned for this 2 calls (I mean I don't have any $$$ on my account)???

they show it and they pay better!

massivex hold time is the average time a user stays connected to the dialer. You dont see any $$ because each reseller use different rates. Simply take the rate they give you for saudi and multiply it by 46
