The situation is as following:
currently they have the territory which still not considered as a palestinian state, but as palestinian authority, which is controlled by arafat. When israel was about to let them declare their independence, they has started the shit, which is going on now.
(probably because signing up on the agreement like this means, that they give up on jerusalem). Now israel is still ready to give them full control over those lands, once it will be secured, that they won't ask for more later and moreover won't ask for an additional lands using guns, bombs, stones and their kids as a shield.

Let me clear the things:
I didn't shoot this kid and I'm definitelly don't think that this is what supposed to be.
I also don't think, that "vengeance" actions from israeli side are smart. The fact is israeli army, or any armed forces won't be able to stop this shit. Cos unfortunally both sides have this stupid sence of vengeance.
