What are the Hours you Put In?

I was wondering how much time do you put into your Webmaster duties.
When does your day start?
When does your day end?
What are the hours you keep?

M-F? M-Sun? 9am to 5pm? 5am to 12am?
Full-time or Part-Time?

Do you make a living from this?

My day starts about 10am.
My day ends about 1am.
that is an average of 15 hours a day.

I would assume that most every full time adult webmaster has pretty much the same hours.

Work about 12-15hr days - I would be friggen bored doing anything else. I dont have anyone telling me I have to work these hours, I do it cause there isnt much else I would rather do - I love building Porn Sites... Cash is nice too...

If I am awake... I am working. When I sleep I dream of work.

Wake about noon. Sleep around 6 AM. 18 hour days. 7 days a week.

Well worth it.

i used to spend like 14-16 hours a day, 7 days a week...

after a while, i burned out on that. now i work 6 hours 7 days a week, and 2 hours 2 days a week.

except that sometimes i start researching something and find myself wandering through all the boards and resource sites at 6am...

If I am awake and at home then I am working on my sites. About 12 to 16 hours a day. But I glady do it to have my own business.

I usually get about 3 hours of sleep a night. The rest of the time I'm either working, or reading more about anything I can learn online, or on these message boards.

i normally work from 12 or 1pm to 3-4 am 5-6 days a week lots of hours but in my pajamas so its cool

Unless you run a sponsor program what is the need to put in so many hours?

If your running sites with scripts all you have to do is check your stats a few times per day and look for cheaters. But if you trade with webmasters you know the chance for cheating goes down.

That is the way I see it.

There are alot of different sites than just CJ and TGPs out there, AVS - Free - Galleries for TGPs ect.., Thats where all my hours come in. Hell, I dont think there is enough hours in the day to do everything the way it is.

The more sites you have, the more daily stuff ya gotta do.

I have 11 sites right now.

My daily list of things to do to keep all 11 sites running smoothly takes me about 8 hours alone.

I'm always trying to improve/get bigger/make more money, but I have to get that 8 hour list done before I can even think about it.

If you are an adult webmaster and are serious about making shitloads of money, there is ALWAYS something to do.

It's not a job, it's a lifestyle.
