View Full Version : What's your 'dead link'-checker?

I'm in the movie-biz & currently I update my site by hand.
But w/ all these movies going down, I need sth to automatically check dead links.
Sth like this would be nice:
when I check a gallery or a site 4 the 1st time, i copy the download-link of the movie & paste it into a database/program. Each ttime I run this program it checks if the download-links still work (= movies still up).
That way I'm also told whenever a site updates. If I just check the gallery url it's no use, cuz the galleries are still online, while the movies have gone down 2 weeks ago.

Any good suggestions?

www.hotfiles.com (http://www.hotfiles.com)
Search: link checker

you will find the best here free and shareware copies :)

Hope it helped? :-}

Is this for a movie post? If so, why not use a TGP script with a link checker?

That would be fine too, but where can I find those scripts?
