No, that is not always the case. I do not purchase domains to resell them.

I just want to sell ONE. I need a new computer and some more software. I'm not looking to buy a new car.

I plan to develop them all over the next 1-2 years. (I'm very quick with developing websites - I've done about 80+ already this year.)

Metis, I think you'll find it very hard to sell any of those domains for 3k a piece. I'm just being realistic here. At first I thought you wanted 3K for all of them, which I didn't even consider to be a very good deal.

I scan domains everyday. I have sites with 1000s of backlinks and Google PR6s and PR7s that I could probably only sell for 200-300 each.

yes, but if you build a domain with productive traffic why on earth would you sell it? that doesnt make sense, because in the long run you would make more then 3k
