Why not build your tgps up to 5/10k a day and then sell them?
You could get a little more and it should only take you a week or two.

Honestly i would not start a site with less then $5k you wont have enough you will get shit rebills and your hosting will suck you dry on trial sales. If you go without trials and they arent happy you will have high chargebacks. So you really dont want that because Visa will term you and the fines will put you in the hole.

Just some advice but its your choice but it aint as easy as it seems ive seen even big programs drop off the map. ;)

I agree with Toker on this one, don't get into paysites with less than 5k. And even 5k is the absolute minimum in my opinion.
