Yah, anything else? I know I'm going to be laughed at for this, but I can't figure out how to work it. Then again, I haven't really tried. Just messed with it for a few minutes one time when I was sleepy and haven't messed with it since. Just wondering if there is anything else out there that is just as nice, but maybe easier to use. heh <img border="0" alt="[Hi]" title="" src="graemlins/hi.gif" />

Make your layers then go to the little animation area and look on the menu. Then choose make frames from layers then you can tween, duplicate set delay ect.. Once you are done with the animation you just save for web. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> If you still have problems read the help files they explain everything.

you start in photoshop, set up the animated gifs in different layers, then click the arrow button on the bottom of the tools panel to switch it over to image ready... sorry, not a image ready teacher... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

Aigh, thanks. That's what was confusing me. I was just opening IA trying to do it. I saw the layers part in there and got confused. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

Seriously, take the time to learn Adobe Image Ready. There is nothing better for GIF animation IMO. The help files are thorough, or you can buy a book on it for about $30. It will be money well spent, honestly.

yeah I have done some cool things with animation shop that comes with paint shop pro <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
