You ask, here is my answer.
Your ratios are horrible. You are sending four times more surfers but you make same amount of cash. Making $30 out of 3000 targetted clicks sucks loudly. If your ratios continue dropping, I'd switch sponsor in your place - or - you hit Mach3 barrier by the end of month.
You say 'no credit cards' surfers, fine. May I ask how you can be sure they have no CCs?
If these are confirmed freeloaders (they already seen loads of SU options), then your income might look brighter.
