I went to <a href="http://www.hardcoresbest.com/" target="_blank">http://www.hardcoresbest.com/</a> and it made my anti virus go off. I have never seen it do that. can you load a virus like that? Please be warned to have your anti virus on if you click that link =)<br /><br />Shane

yeah, its no big deal, just a bug in javascript<br />that triggers virus software

i got the same with norton amtivirus
Same using AVP pro, it detects javascript trying to add the url as home, or tricks like that. Of course not only at hardcorebest, i get that in lots of sites. I use IE6 but AVP doesn't know it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> Don't worry about it, it's not a real virus.

Yeah my virus software goes off on alot of sites for some javascript stuff. I dont mind if it saves my homepage from being highjacked <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

They could just as easily run a virus. It's a javascript exploit that can allow you to run executable files or HTML Applications.
