Can I get help from someone ?<br />I was upload index.html page on my site , then I was deleted that file and upload new index.html page. After that whatever I do it is always the some page. I can not change index page any more.<br />What is going on and what to do now ?

I had that prob too a few months ago..<br />it's about your cache.<br /><br />you can delete your cache. But it can be your ISP too.<br /><br />What I do sometimes is rename the file, and call it into my browser...after, delete your file in the folder, and upload them again.<br /><br />Another and fastet way, if you have full control of your domain, delele and reinstall it.<br /><br />Where is your domain hosted? by wich company<br /><br />Anyway, its what i do, and it works <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> <br /><br />Hope it help<br /><br />Mav

Do you have an index.htm file in there too?<br /><br />Sometimes that will fuck things up, if you accidentally have both an "index.htm" and a "index.html" in the same directory.<br /><br />Also check to make sure the copy you uploaded is not marked as "read only". Under the file properties.

A silly thing but make sure you are in the right directory. On the Unix servers I use when I first log in I am outside the www or html directory. At times when Im in a hurry I will upload my index file outside the directory and wonder why its not changing <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="rolleyes.gif" /> <br /><br />good luck..<br /><br />The Rookie
