impossible. Get better quality versions of them.

There is a program called Uncook 95. I have fixed several "bad" mp3's with this program. However i don't know exactly what your problem is, but give it a try. You can download it here: http://www.free-music.com/uncook95.htm

there aren't it are exlusive live recordings of some techno sets
