Currently all the surfer refer from reseller will be sent to http://www.peeasian.com/ warning index page which have both English, Japanese and Chinese entry button. Actually we are considering to skip the index page and send the surfer to the language main pages directly, like http://www.peeasian.com/en/, http://www.peeasian.com/jp/ or http://www.peeasian.com/ch/. We will check their country IP in order to let the surfer go to his language main page. Do you have any advice? Legal problem is our most consideration.

Currently, our traffic mostly from US and Japan, the conversion rate is similar between them. Yes, Chinese traffic from China is useless but we have many Chinese signup who are located in different countries.

I was thinking that a japanese banner might tempt a surfer into clicking out of curiosity. If it took him to an interesting looking japanese page with a "see this page in English" button, it might get him to look at a few more pages.

I'd quite like to have a go at displaying a japanese banner if you don't mind putting up with low traffic for a while.

The flowing "Pee Asian Com" that you put on your sample pics looks really good, but the leftmost lower curl of the "A" in Asian flows into the last "e" of pee and it makes it look like "pea" which of course is a vegetable seed. :)

I always find it annoying when sites project daily signup rates over a few months to make it look as if I could buy a house after 6 months. I think it gives a bad impresssion of managements attitude towards w/ms.

Some of the banners are over 200k which is a bit large to put on a tgp. Will you be hosting those, or will you expect us to copy them onto our servers?

For the sample logo, I think if surfers really interest, they should realize the copyright words "peeasian.com all rights reserved" to let them type the website address on to the browser, right?

For projecting the power of the affiliate program, I don't like that also, but most of our competitors do that to let us force to project it. Certainly, webmaster is not idiot, it really hard to do that. But some surprising to me, some webmasters really do that. :eek: I'm not spam ;)

For banners size, actually many of them are under 20k or 30k and I don't want to waste the larger size banners, they are really cool.:)

OK - I signed up to add a bit of fetish to my site and to see if I could do something with any asian surfers. I downloaded the six content sets that you've got there and was a bit disapointed that there weren't any pee shots to use as teasers. I also think that you will have problems calling sets current week etc. and changing them every week. Much better to call them week1, week2... or something. As each set is for a single girl, is there any chance that you could give a girls name to the directory. I feel it's better to give the girl a name in any galleries to get closer to the surfer.

I'll probably make some tgp2 galleries and put a join link on each of the pic pages. It would be handy if I could have a join button in English, Japanese and chinese so that the surfer could choose his language.
