ibill user/pass script

Does anyone know of a good script that will manage the password file in conjuction with ibill?

I am currently using the Web Stream script, but they want more to add two sub-accounts that I originally paid for the script. I hate companies that try to suck you dry for every little thing, especially after I have referred several webmasters to them already.

Any help of info would be greatly appreciated!

Most people I have spoken to speak of globill very highly, I am most likely going to use them for my site in the future.

ibill has there own script that was pretty good at the time,,,,

but lately ibill has been sucking soo bad that it might not even be worth it to stay with them

I know 2 guys using globill and both say its the best way to go over ibill plus no setup fees is always a plus.
