Interesting to find a paysite running under ccbill with very young images and a statement "Maximum Age 18" and another "Underage Nudity" with a disclaimer that says..

The photos and movies contained on this site are legal and are not considered pornographic
but artistic / erotic. Books containing the same material are commonly sold in the USA:
few examples are Sturges's or Hamilton's books. No photo on this site is offensive but all
of them are strictly erotic and tasteful. We've been recently approved and certified as
content by several American companies. We're hosted and processed in the USA since the
very first day of our existence.

The users account ID found on the gallery is 205975 i wont post the site ID for obvious reasons but im sure it can be tracked. So maybe ccbill can explain as they always seem to come up with answers to most every question on here and i think this needs some attention.

I remember over 2 years ago them hosting sites and processing credit cards for a site similar to that..there was a big discussion on ynot back then..i asked kimmykim about it on here a coupe of months ago and she said they would never host or process cards for a site like that..maybe she was mistaken?

Or maybe they just let it go untill some light happens to shine in the wrong place. I sure hope not because i will be the first to raise a big stink about this everywhere i can including the FBI website.

Hopefully they can come up with a logical explanation but i really doubt that is possible. :(

Btw.... People with existing accounts can make sub accounts on the fly without notifying Ccbill. Bypassing all the initial
paperwork it took to establish the base account. Why do you guys seem so fuckin bent on making Ccbill look bad?

Our TOS does prohibit anyone under 18 being naked on a site we process for, but subaccounts can be created on the fly as was mentioned.

And while I haven't looked at the url, and can't just from the partner id, I'd suggest you email me.

Our TOS is beyond what the law requires but then again if you don't tell us, we don't know in some cases.

Wll picpile maybe you need to get a clue theres a big differ between a site that contains CP and a fuckin meta tag asswipe. You got some prob with my sites you bow down and give me head and maybe i will feel what you think a little better.

I dont care what you think about my metas but you can rest assured i have never had anything underage on my sites. Then again why waste words on a guy with 4 posts and no profile and prob lots to hide.

I didnt know about the sub issue but then again ive email ibill about such sites as to no responce or action on their end. I can only see this site is obvioulsy been around a few months and no one has taken notice with lolita URL..

I will email you Kimmy with the info as for posting on AWI i know it brings quicker action when others take note. Same goes for media if its on TV people watch and listen so dont act like you dont know.

toker you are no different then them, maybe they are just saying they have preteen pics but everything is legal. Whats the difference if they say it in a meta tag or on the front page?

I want to clarify something here - from a legal standpoint, not from my personal viewpoint or that of CCBill.

Underage nudity is not illegal per se. If you take a 16 year old who's undressed and take her picture, you can call it art and sell subscriptions to it.

Neither Customs nor the FBI will prosecute it.

Do I personally think it's art? No.

Do we accomodate it? No. As I mentioned, our TOS goes beyond the law in what we consider to be acceptable for our business.

However, we also process for thousands of sites -- it's not too hard for someone to change something after they've been installed or to put something on a subaccount without our seeing it.

I do my best, and so does the rest of our company, to insure that our TOS is enforced.

toker -- sending me a url into our system doesn't help me, as I told you in email -- I need the actual site url -- i.e. sex.com/thisisit or fuck.net/righthere.html in order to see what you are talking about.
