create thumbnail

Anyone knows what software can create mass thumbs (with autocrop option)
I mean, if the pic has dimension W=700 and H=400, and I want to make thumb with 60X100
The software will automate crop the pic for me.
example:
full pic http://www.sexhost4free.com/users/freesexpics/470/images/001.jpg
thumb http://www.sexhost4free.com/users/freesexpics/470/images/thumbnails/TN001.jpg

I used to use catalog wizard... but it links your images to an HTML... :(
It has some interesting "properties" though... :D

If you know any software can create thumb like this (without going through croping, etc). All the user have to do is enter the height (or width) value.

I checked out alot of thumbnail programs, but they couldnt do what I wanted.
They do this:
Pic: 450 X 650 => thumb: 75 X 110
If Pic: 650 X 450 => thumb: 110 X 75

I dont want this "Pic: 650 X 450 => thumb: 110 X 75"
Instead the thumb should be 75 X 110

Wooow... I dont know how to explain :-(
