I only promote one ibill protected site and the last few days my sheduled rebills seem to float in cyberspace. I should get about 3-6 rebills a day and i get 0 or 1...
Anybody having the same problem?

I lost enough money last month, and this month that feel pretty good about using other sponsors that are not on ibill at all

got this email from my sponsor

Dear advertiser,

As you might have noticed the last few days IBILL is not adding
all your signups to the revshare statistics. We are aware of this
problem and so is IBILL. They are working to correct this situation
ASAP. Please note that all signups are still being counted and will
be added to your revshare account as soon as possible.

We are realy sorry about this situation but we can't do anything about
this ourselves. If you don't want to wait, or prefere to switch to CCBILL
while everything is back to normal, you can signup at http://xxxx/

We will sent out an email as soon as we hear back from IBILL. Please note that
the problem is not only with us, but with every site which is processed by IBILL.

It seems that iBill started counting the revshare signups again.

Do they still have problems or is it only me? I am about to go nuts here, I need to place an order trough IBill and only get the message that they don't accept my card, and that I should try another payment option. I've never had any problem with my VISA before...

Stupid people, why can't they just fix it. You would think that they would be more anxious to resolve this, since they have to loose a lot of money on this!

All I hear about ibill lately is that are having problems over and over again.

How can such a big company with huge income allow something like this to happen?

MayorX it has been getting worse and worse one day 12 next day 2, then all over again. rebills are not bad. But damm isn't this supposed to be about growth?
I hate it now, have to really diversify.

I have exactly the same problem!

One day 7 sign ups, next day nothing, ...

Same traffic (free sites, SE)

I have that problem with Ibill, the design and traffic levels on my site havn't changed much over the last month, but some days I've had 9 signups and other days 0!

Maybe its just luck - anyone have average of 20+ signups who can confirm?

Well the same program has been bringing it in for me every single day with ibill. And now they can't get answers from ibill to what is going on for a month now. The program is really big, and ibill always gave them the pref treatment. Now that makes you wonder if Ibill wants to be around.

I have no idea what exactly is going on at iBill but the problems are huge. They used to have problems with the reseller sales but it seems that this was fixed. Now they have problems with their PM script. Surfers sign up and can’t access the sites. Old passwords just stop working etc. There are new problems with iBill every day. I’m calling them on the phone, sending emails to every email address I have from them but nothing is happening. The whole situation is a big damage for every webmaster and the owners of the webmaster programs.
