plus in some countries (including the u.s.) it is the law that you have to be able to provide either 2 i.d.s and modeling releases for each model, or know the person that does.

Not a good idea Gxp, not only are you setting yourself up to be sued for copyright infringment, or arrested for unknowingly supplying illegal/underage content but you will seriously piss off a lot of webmasters. Well, there is a way not to pay for content.
Some sponsors provide free pics to list in galleries. I know, most of them are crappy shit, but if you realy don't want/cant pay for your first content, you could use them to start off. They usually have TOS(or something) you must follow.
Anyways, you get what you pay for.

And yes, it's bad to use someone's content. You can start & make money doing this, but most likely you get into rough shit.
