It's not his - I know 100% for sure its not. I have a shit load of them in my e-mail right now, but back when I got them they only worked for US traffic.

it is diesels because that's my dialer you posted... and it's NOT a drop charge/per call dialer

but you would have to ask diesel who the dialer corp is...
