Hi,

I just been hacked, cracked whatever with my makingbank account.

Now I remeber that I received two weeks ago an email from paypal that my profile was updated. But I didn't change anything.

Is it possible that ppl login, send money, and remove that action in the paypalhistory?

Andre

Not to clever of you not to raise the alarm!

Only two thing are possible here:

1 - A script error could have meade the change and send the mail.

2 - Someone logged in and changed things.

You should have contacted paypal at once.

Put the question to paypal

LOL..if you havent noticed...SOMEBODY HAS YOUR DAMN PASSWORD!!!...wouldnt it be smart to change all of them now??
btw,its not entirely difficult to have a sponsors program hacked and get all the webmasters account info...it was done to clickcash 3 weeks ago but nobody even knew (and im 100% sure on that)...but in your case it just seems like 1)somebody has your computer keylogged or 2)you're VERY predictable with your password

i've had some weird things happen with paypal. emailed paypal and they just gave me some stupid reply. then didn't reply after that. expect weird things to happen with paypal

i'd be surprised if paypal survives the next couple years anyways. i wouldn't hold ur money in ur accounts there too long.

change ur password as a precaution tho

Come on guys!
Go on DALnet and type /list passwords and you'll find channels that give out passwords to accounts not taken care of well.
You gotta stay on top of these crackers if you don't want to get fucked around.

I know of the actual person which did it and he got every account. Two points to make...
1)go into your clickcash account and try to change your account info, you cant change it yourself, you have to email them to change it for you because once accounts were accessed address' were changed
2)didnt you recieve a letter from clickcash stating you should change your password? this was all because of this hack
im 100% sure on this because I asked for proof and I was provided with a few accounts
I checked the accounts to see if this was true and it was,I emailed the account holders that I accessed though to tell them to change their password...there wasnt any damage done in the hack, the guy just wanted to test the system to see 1)how stable it was 2)to see what the big boys(spammers) were making lol
Rule nš1 : Use random diferent passwords for everything (if you loose it request it )...

Hope you sort your probs Andre
