What are Telco Dialers

Some people resell, others own all their lines.. Like TelcoWeb, DialerKing, GIB, and others... Mostly everyone would resell one of those dialers.<br /><br />I myself am a reseller! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />
