i really could use some more traffic to my toplist, but i kinda suck at traffic generating, so shoot your tips at me <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" /> im gonna put up links on freesites and galleries that i submit, but im looking for other ways, like having some gallery links that goes to traffic trades, and other blind links to traffic trades. anyone got some good tips for me? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="smile.gif" />

Get to know people.<br />You will never make it in this biz if you dont start looking around and get to know people.<br /><br />My tip for ya is to start looking for sites in your own size and just mail them asking for trades...

I suggest you start like 25 tgps and fill them with free content so the surfers will come there everyday ... Then you could promote your toplist on those tgps !<br />That's what I would do ! why not bid on a lot of cheap terms on search engines - put up a few hundred bucks into it. <br /><br />then put up a counter.<br /><br />then lease an opt in webmaster list and post all the boards and let them know you're sending lots of search engine hits to your site. include the stats page for your counter so they can see you are indeed sending the traffic. <br /><br />make sure you send most of the traffic back to your trade partners and not to your sponsors.<br /><br />good luck!
