then after 3 months (since Jan) he still hasnt paid me and has been ignoring me...

so... i have a few options... i dunno if i wanna do them, cause they are harsh/mean.

Well I'm not one to badmouth somebody lightly, but IF (and only if) that ICQ history is true

I have 2 problems with it:

1) Snow wanted to presure Jake into getting him members, there's a word for that it's called Blackmail(if you don't do this for me I won't pay sounds like blackmail to me).

2) The guys he wanted were warez guys? so he does care if his rules are broken but doesn't care that those warez sites break the law, he allows those sites?

And after that post, Global Internet Billing did not even mention that part, so can I asume that they have no problems with illegal sites also?

I'd say that is unethical to say the least(I'm being nice.).

From what I am seeing so far I can only say thank god I"m not dealing with either of those two, I'd spend more time in court then behind the PC.

I'm not defending you here, in fact if you were in my dialerprogram and I caught you using the word free your account would have been terminated immediately in my opinion there is just no way in hell you put up a link saying free by accident, and also the amount of time it was up is not important, you weren't supposed to do that and you did, plain and simple.

What I am talking about is the fact that judging from that ICQ history(Again IF it's true) Snow and GIB are just as bad, and IMHO even worse.

I mean implementing their rules is one thing but then use the violation as a means to force you into getting them members is downright low!

Also I'd expect a company that lives by its rules(and this goes for both Snow and GIB) to have some standards to uphold and not lower themselves in to bending backwards to attract members that are active in the warez industry which is highly illegal.

First off, Jake broke the rules, rules he knew were in place before he started with Snow's program. When you break the rules, you have to expect the rules to be enforced.

As for Snow's behavior in relation to this ICQ history, I cannot say that GIB as a company is thrilled about this. As we know, some of us can be more aggresive than others when trying to gain new webmasters for our programs. And sometimes people can go overboard. I'll have to sit down and have a heart to heart with Snow and let him know that we do not condone some things he said. But, that is not the issue at hand here. Snow is a good guy, a family man, someone who is always there to help you guys out, as long as you play by the rules.

The issue here is that Jake is simply trying to deflect attention away from his blatant disregard for the rules. The tangent this post has taken about the "immorality" of Snow's actions obviously has transparent motives to take the heat off Jake.

Dialer companies help pornographers make more $$$. The only thing we ask is you follow the rules we put forward. I don't think that is asking too much.

Follow the rules, be in it for the long run and make more money. Break the rules, act in a shortsighted manner, and risk losing money.

There is nothing wrong with alot of the warez sites we have dialers on.... Jake took it down and then he did the same thing...Advertise free... He also had hidden pages with free and me told me that his minutes went up.. My mouth dropped and i almost had a heart attack... I could have lost everything and he would have jeopardized the entire industry... I told him to stop but he continued..

As a matter fact i was so busy doing other things that Due and many others brought this guy to my attention..Due even mad a comment about how can you let this guy do this.. As a matter of fact it's on this board somewhere...
