Traffic - Search engines - tgp??

I build avs sites and I just can't get my traffic up. What search engine is a good one to work with, it seems like most are ppc. Google, dmoz---any others?? Does anyone find that tgp or tgp2 traffic converts well w/ avs?? I am basically working off of link list traffic. I want more traffic damnit!

why don't you turn your AVS sites into free sites also?

and then use the galleries to submit to TGP's

Don't send SE traffic to a TGP. SE traffic is some of the best traffic you can find and TGP's probably won't earn as much. Sending it to a sponsor is probably best or a free site/avs as playa mentioned.

missy, an avs site is just another sponsor site, really. how well it converts is all about the quality of the promo pages, and whether you send niched traffic.

google, kanoodle, search123 and goto.com are ppc. if your promo is a good-selling niche and attractive to surfers, it might be worth making a few bids.
