Kim: Those pics were taken at The Mirage where they have a dolphin habitat along with the tigers etc. from Siegfried and Roy's shows. It was pretty cool, as they have a bunch there that were born on location. They don't do "shows" but apparently that one wanted to play with a ball that was laying around, so he went up there and grabbed it.

Unless you "lift the sheets," you'll never have to see the adult oriented stuff, outside of the casinos that you have to walk through to get anywhere in any hotel. There is a ton of family oriented stuff to do both in and out of town. Try a helicopter trip to the Grand Canyon also, if time and money allow. That will give him memories he's old enough to appreciate and never forget.

The city has changed tremendously since the last time I was there in the mid 80's.

Actually LudeDude, I'm in Phoenix so we pop over to Vegas for a weekend about once a month on average (of course before I moved out here last year it seemed like I popped out for a week at least every other month lol)-- and being there so much is one of the reasons why I don't think it's for kids. The vacant stares of the terminally attached to the slots players just aren't something I want my son to see, and almost nowhere worth staying has a route to the elevators that doesn't go through the casino.

I'm going back up in a couple weeks so I'm going to make a point of checking out the Mirage, I know some people who stay there and say the suites are nice so maybe that will be the one -- that infernal bashing and smashing for the Treasure Island shows drives me nuts (of course I know the wrong side of the Mirage gets it too lol). The Monte has a route that works for kids and a great water setup outdoors, but I can't win there, even at the atm machines so that's out http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

I don't really know what there is to say about a show when it's over, other than to thank the people who made it a good one. This one wasn't outstanding traffic wise by any means, very few parties compared to the usual number, and way smaller number of exhibitors. Luckily the people that were over for it came to do serious business.

KK, if you don't mind staying way the hell and gone to the south end of the strip, Mandalay Bay has access to the elevators without having to go through the casino.

In fact, if the kids mostly wanted to do the water park stuff, that and the quicky food and snack shops are on the floor below the casino; they can take the elevator up and down without ever having to go near it. The expensive shops, resturants and Shark Reef do require going through the casino, however.

The one upside of staying far enough south that you need a cab is that you can have it drop you off directly at Sands Expo without having to hike five miles from the Venetian :-)

Tuesday. June 26th, 2001.
Parties started early this time around. Many companies are fighting for good spots to attract a good amount of webmasters. Tonight everyone went to a local joint called CHEETAH'S, it has girls that dance on the stage topless and then you get the lap dances.. No big deal. it was filled with people, hard to talk because of the music that was ever so loud. No one wanted to party at a hotel, Most left early. Not a great party at all, Everyone looks forward to the Thursday party.


Wed. June 27th, 2001.
The first day of the adult show held at the 'Sands Convention' and was a big success for a few companies, Most were here just to gain exposure and keep the name active. Looking at the floor space it was close to 40% smaller than the 1a2000 held in Jan 2001. Some big vendors like Cyber Network, Adult Check, Cybererotica took up huge amounts of space. Many of the small 'Newbies' from the last show could not gain enuf business to make it worth coming back. A good example is Panther Palace, A great little company with live feeds direct from a 5,200 sq foot house. They offer over 30 live cams and active chat rooms 24 hours a day. Here at the show they were just not able to get webmasters to sign-up for the program so traffic is very low, I think this is the best vendors to look for, it's not hit the public and the content is 100% new to your users. Mario, Chuck & Raquell from Cyber Entertainment gave me VIP access to the private party help at the V-Bar from 7:00pm till 9:30pm I took 5 of my 42nd Street Adult Emporium 'WORKING' girls to service the guys. The girls all sported my Logo Shirts so it was easy for anyone that wanted some action to cotact the girls and arange a one on one party by themselves. Needless to say some of the girls were very active. Mario put on a good party, it was a touch short but the V-Bar only holds 125 people anyway so it did not take long to talk to everyone. Brent from Dollar Machine, Katie & Hugo from Igallery, Fred a huge movie producer was on hand, Ynot BOB from Ynot webmasters (Tks for the hook-up, the girls worked!), Eric from Adult, Ryan/OZ from Truecash, Hank from Revstats was an interesting person to talk to and other major players were all invited. After this party broke up some went via Limo to a David Lace private party that was held somplace in henderson. From what I understand he rented a pool and some props to get some pictures and footage for a movie. After the V-Bar broke up I took a group of close friends and my 42nd Street Girls upto the 35 floor. Eric from Adult was throwing a private party. This was a great start for this weekends events, Eric & Joe made sure everyone had tons of drinks and some finger food, On the big screen was an adult video. I had around 13 girls come in/out of the room all nite. Most when to another hotel room to service the guys but a few made use of the bedroom/bathroom. One blonde took some great pictures in the bathtub! All I can really say is bubbles were everywhere. The Party broke up around 7:00am with a few of the girls going home with webmasters, Need we say more? I hit the show late due to the party last nite, I think I made it home around 8:30 in the morning. I did my daily e-mail(Bulk-Warez) and then made it back around 11:30 to the show. Today was super slow, I am not sure if it was the drinks from last nite but it was empty, Most of the business was taken care of wed afternoon, Today is kinda a go back and say helly deal. I went direct to the Pay Counter booth and talked to Nick. Tonights party will be help at Club Utopia, It's a fetish/Freak bar right next to the MGM Hotel & Casino. The party starts at 10:30, They started to let people in around 11:00 and closed the doors at 3:00. I took 17 girls with me tonight to the party, I ran out of my smaller t-shirts for the girls so most were in plain clothes. This was & I am sure will be the best party of the whole convention. It was packed, Tons of people were not let in right away because of not having a VIP pass but after awhile the security became easy to get past. My girls worked the crowd taking phone numbers for later call backs and passing out my business cards. Again I feel like pimp getting guys dates but what the hell... It was kinda fun. I was on the upstairs patio most of the nite where I was able to see the dance floor and watch the girls. No problems at all, the nite went great for Nick and his crew. Friday nick has invited myself and my girls to a hospitality suite where I will have the girls doing live sex acts in the bedroom. This is the first of two parties, I was told the JOINT over at hardrock casino had a webmaster bash, This Paycounter party was so good i did not bother to follow up on other locations.


Friday. June 29th, 2001.
This was the big nite hosted by Cybererotica at club C2K. Snoop Dogg and Digital Underground were the main feature. But before the show on the 3rd floor suite #321 is the SplitInfinity party, Chris thru a good bash, Filled the room with beer and some finger food in the corner. Chris hired a rap guy to bring up his 2 record play station and he let everyone touch and try to rap. Kinda interesting and now I have alot more respect for turntable music, its rather hard to get a good sound. A lesbin show went on for about 20 minutes with a hot blonde getting her pussy licked by a long hair/long legged brunette, Very nice to get the guys engine running. If you had a model release handy you could grab some photos. This party lasted from 7:00 till 10:00 then everyone went down for the C2K party. I was able to get VIP access again to site no more than 15 feet away from middle stage, I have had the best luck getting access to the parties and the best seats. Digital Underground was great the sound was perfect and I was able to see the whole stage = Very good. Then the awards came out, it was kinda one sided but a good intermission while we all waited for Snoop dogg. when he did come onstage he took like 20 girls from down front and filled the stage so full that it was hard to see him. I was told this is a common thing. Snoppster looked old and beat up, I did not know he was that old, I guess the hard drugs and party life started to catch up with him. The sound was not all that great but interesting. The hot chicks behind me knew the words to all his songs. No nudity again, the show was heavy with cops and undercover to keep everything under control. Snoop had a ton of bodyguards on the stage. All dressed like pimps, Nice looking group of guys... If you wanted to pick up a hooker... Hell This is a Pimp 'N' Hoe party, They dressed the part. I left the show early and made my way back upto the Suite again, room #321 and the party was allready going from those that were not able to get access to the players ball. I took a few girls with me, hung out again till 8:00 Am. Fuckin insane party and good contacts. I tell ya you come to the convention just to hit the after hours parties! Todays show was the same as before, rather worthless for someone in the business to goto. I was however able to pass out a few of my 42nd Street Adult Emporium shirts and talk to more friends.

Erotic Fetish Ball. This party was held at the tropicana Hotel and Casino, in the main ball room, It was to have 2000-3000 people show up in all types of costumes but the turn out was very poor, only 700 people made it. Of all the parties this one was really bad. The lay out was a huge ballroom with a divide wall down the middle, on left side was a buffet that sold food and no more than 8-10 vendors. the only one that I could see worth talking about is PORNICATION and my friend Josh that gave me VIP access to get in the show (Other wise its like $300.00). 2 Live Bands were on the right side and a VIP area was located in the section, Its more like a clubhouse deal that holds around 70-80 people max. Down below drinks cost $2.00 for water or pop, and $4.00 for Beer, Rather expensive for vegas standard! Up top in the VIP area it was an open bar and we really made use of that! The party started at 9:00 and ran till 4:00 AM, We closed the place and nothing special really went on. Its worth going to if its free, to pay to enter this is a waste of money this year. Only 20-30 people were dressed up and of those I can only think of 3-4 that I would turn my head to look. Cops were everywhere and I was told that some were turned away at the door for showing too much breast or ass, I would assume next year that alot of vendors pull out and not near as many will show up for the party. Too bad I was told that this was a rather fun nite. Next time everyone will goto pall joes or a private party.
