don't expect for accurate ratios from anyone.For example i convert rawsexvideos 1:850 and i know people that convert 1:250 and people that convert 1:4500

theo is right. At the end of the day you have to compare sponsors based on how much you made with comparable traffic.

For good results fast, use a join free sponsor: join4free,insite, or us www.totally4freecash.com (http://www.totally4freecash.com) (especially if you have teen (http://www.teenstotally4free.com),tits (http://www.titstotally4free.com) or ebony (http://www.ebonytotally4free.com) sites).

Then substitute a good paysite like stiffy or trafficcashgold into your submissions if you have tons of traffic. People always forget that these types of sponsors need either very high quality or very high volume traffic to make you reliable money.
