I emailed the webmaster to ask if they had model releases or license. The email bounced.

Personally, I have a very difficult time telling whether a girl is 18 or not. Some of these girls look like they are PROBABLY not 18???

What do you all think? Are they all 18+? Should i pull the trade?

Well I guess those are only the consequenses of the greenhouse effect or other abnormal weather conditions :-)
You have nothing to worry about their age.
Normally the 18 years old girls should look younger

Sites where the models are obviously 5yo is CP. Ones where they look 17 is probably nothing to get your knickers in a twist over
