i need someone to install script and make it work

i have gone threw 3 programmers and all of them say the script dont work--however
i know that it must or people wouldnt be using-im ignorant of cgi and the sort
however im looking for someone who can install the script and make it work

Both ujc and tsp are easy to install. Perhaps you have a bad copy or something is wrong with your server....
