Sponsors that give back your traffic?

I Saw a sponsor that when you send traffic to them they "return" the traffic to you. Meaning if the surfer doesn't buy something I guess on exit your site is popped up.

I really don't remember the details that much... does anyone know of a sponsor like this?

..while you can determine a specific exit for each and any code at flashcash. At helmy you got to have one exit target for all your links.
