I dont believe in God either, and I dont consider my life poor at all. There are so many nice things in the world, so many nice people to love, I dont see a purpose of loving some identity whos existence is impossible to prove.

I have my own moral principles, my own consience and rules to follow, I dont need to follow rules set by a human being couple thousands years ago (I am talking about christianity as it is the most common).

In my opinion, religion and the church was made up by human beings to give them a powerfull tool and control over other humab beings, and thats not something I want to be part of.

On the other hand, I dont blame people who are religious, its their own decision and if it makes them happy or helps them to live better then I am happy about it.

And in answer to the question what happens when we die, well after about 3 days you start to smell real bad unless you happen to be a saint in which case you will smell of flowers.

I love how some of you (mike,trax,oil) are just so sure of yourselves when it comes to there being a god. It looks as though society did a good job in brain washing you. I beleive religion is a scam thought up by the goverment hundreds of years ago. Think about it, What better of a way to make people follow the laws and beleive the government stands of good things than having all of its citizens beleiving in religion, which basically has the same beleives as the laws do (in US anyways). Do not steel, do not kill, etc. etc. People are brought up everyday to think that if they dont follow the bible or god that they will be damned to hell but if they are good little boys and girls and do as the bible says aka follow the laws they will go to heaven where hookers have wings and are so buitifull and there is no such thing as STDs or gays(joke).
Anyways, I just find it very very hard to beleive in something that in reality and scientifcly seems obserd. (man i need to work on my spelling)
