Phone Sex #'s - Promotion

I have a few quick ones, first i have a phone sex # (No it's not me on the phone talking) I have a 800# and a 011# for international calls.

Now what i am wondering is, how would i promote these? (other than posting the #'s on my sites.)

And is there some type of software i can use to set up an affilate program for my #'s?

Well I was in that business (not on the phone heheh, but providing numbers, software and audiotex platforms) and I´d say don´t advertise on tv. Most of these guys don´t know much about internet and how cost effective it could be, and that might be your advantage. You could try to tease with amateur sytle pics and let them believe they could talk to exact these girls.
Those who advertise on tv buy HUGE amounts in advance (for the whole year) and get bulk discount up to 40 % and more. Then they do like 20-50 % margin. Means if you don´t get bulk discounts you could end up with 0 or loss.

But there could be plenty space to do it solely on the internet. You could start a affiliate program if you got let´s say 1000 extensions or so and if you can track the minutes. Well that sounds like good ole sex dialer biz again http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

Affiliate Program: Doesn´t the telcom from where you got the number provide that? Not complete but at least a online tracking. You coudl probably work something around it with php or perl or let someone do it. But you should get the stats real time on the web, some telcoms provide that.

we used to advertise our phone sex on tv and in cheaper glossy mags, like asian beauty and leg tease. did good there. also good on the web once you find the magic words to make surfers call... and this can be hard as most men have already been the phone sex route. but once you find it, this stuff is nice extra cash.

the catch with tv is you don't want your ad to run around too many others, and you DON'T want to run next to an infomercial.

we also advertised in a bunch of dirty newspapers - national, not local, and did fine.

we even recorded our own phone preambles so that they didn't sound like everyone else's, which helped a lot.

I was doing pretty good a couple of years ago advertising phone# at my free site. I know a couple of webmasters who posted free pictures with the numbers embeddded to news groups and made some good money. don't know if it still works...

I use the freely distributed local newspaper in my city. I list my phone # in the adult classified section for about $50/week.
