Time for a new host

Well, I just can't handle the sluggishness and inconsistancy of Netpond anymore. Anyone have a recommendation for a GOOD, RELIABLE, and AFFORDABLE host?

I'm considering sexyservers.com. Anyone have any dealings with them?
