Sponsors for ENTRANCE Cj traffic?

I started my research on this 2 hours ago and the only sponsor I found which accepts entrance popup traffic is
http://cj.nex-cash.com ... 0.22c

not very much considering that entrance pops gets usually higher click thru ratios than exit ones, does anybody know a better sponsor for cj entrance traffic?

I first thought so, too but the terms clearly state that you have to use <insert company here>'s exact popup code...and that is for exit only http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

ummm...perhaps I should just contact them so I can work something out with them...
