Is this a definite cheater?

I'm totally new to this board so first I'll say "hi" to one and all and then ask a question if I may?
I have a feeling the answer to this may be obvious but I'm just wondering if there's another possible explanation?
Is this guy pulling the wool over my eyes?
Clicks today show 51 but raw and uniques are both 0 (something funny there)
They all come from the same IP 80.58.20.35 between the hours of 0742-0803 with the same user agent via HTTP/1.1proxy[AC1E1D46](Traffic-Server/5.5.1-590
Perhaps there's not enough here to go on but any assistance/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

it looks like an offline browser or a spider.
but probably a cheat too :)

The trade now seems to be OK, maybe it was just a blip, maybe the guy was trying something out, maybe I'm paranoid? Maybe I think everyone's a cheater until proven otherwise - it's with reading all these posts! Thanks again.
