Since I have been here I have heard lots complaints about cheaters and crap traffic.
Then I get this letter in my e-mail "... and am in need of someone's opinion and/or
suggestions concerning my site.Getting CJ webmasters to give you any help is next to impossible so far in my experience, so I am kinda muddling my way thru the process ... "

hmmm ... Sounds like the same thing I experienced when I came here !!! I asked a few webmasters for their help and opinions and got nothing. Now I have a practically bare trading list maybe 9 trades if I'm lucky because I thought they were all sending Crap traffic, when it turns out it was my design which I learned today after modifying ... which Most Experienced UCJ webmasters could have probably told me.
Alright I'll get to the point if you are worried about crappy trades are getting or you are tired of cheaters, Try lending a few minutes of your time next time someone needs a hand or advice. I'm not saying give away your depest darkest secrets, but who knows that webmaster you give a few minutes of your time now could turn out to be your best and most productive trade down the road. I know it works for me in the non-Ucj sites as the webmasters I have helped now make me money every month.
One last thought and I'll let you all go back to your busy lifes. Don't you think there would be less cheaters if they knew how to make a that could be sucessful without cheating ???

Wolfe it is good in theory but in practise it does not work that way I have spent a LOT of time helping people and my experience a big percentage go on to crap on you. I have spent days in some cases sent a lot of traffic to get them going I have meet some great webmasters doing this but sadly most of the time the ones asking for help turn out to be free loaders, I have stopped helping newbies because of this yes it is sad but to be honest I am way past caring. My fist site hit 37k a day through hard work taking the time to learn and a lot of help from other webmasters, this site was killed by a cheat how I had given a lot of help to. IMHO if a new webmaster wants help he/she should first prove themselves by putting in some work and showing they intend to be honest and not try to screw people over. I for one will not give newbies the time of day until they do maybe I am just an evil sod but I have been screwed to many time by people I do not know to take any more risk.

Just my 2 cents worth

Well i myself have been looking for some tips lately, and have come up short with people to offer assistance though.

I have come to the conclusion i am doing SOME THING wrong.. I just got ES on my new site, and it is pulling ABOUT 4k/day (it's 2 days old) Now i know some people that have been pulling 11k on their 1st day or 2nd. I am honest (as most of you know) i'd gladly pay you back later. But i need some one to help me out and share some trade secrets.

If not it's all good ;-)

ron you expect too much.
circle jerk isn't magic, you have to put time into it. I spent 2full days on my design, sending hits from my other sites, re-designing my site, and in the 4days i only averaged about 2k.
you have to it give it time.
hint hint: if traffic isn't there, the money won't be there either.

lol, well i know that, my other CJ site is making money.. and getting hits. Funny how that works. And yeah i guess i just have to spend a few nights/days/weeks working on it.

my little experience so far has tought me LAYOUT IS EVERYTHING.. well not everything but it's your way of sending the traffic, if people don't click you don't get anything from that visitor (equals wasted hit)

Here's a tip... Change your design little by little daily.

I agree with Juggler on some aspects. He and I are good buddies on the CJ front and he has helped me as among Pooch, NickD, AnthonyRaff, Rimmer, Shane, and Dan S. I know I'm missing some ppl but the point I want to make is that I was one of the first with the free script. After what seems like hundreds more coming online with free scripts and unfortunatley alot of cheaters with it, there has been less and less help. More of "Only the Strong will survive" mentality.

Wolfe, I'm suprised you would say no one will help. I'm always in the virtual office and for crying out loud, if you haven't read any of my articles in the chronicles about circle jerking, that is your fault and no one elses. No on is here to hold your hand, you gotta do it yourself. Anytime you have a question, you know where I"m usually at.

Regards,

Anthony,

Sorry, I was talking the very beggining, you havepointed me to your articles in the chronicles since then ... And I don't know where the %^&$ the virtual office is. It is easier for me just to talk to ya on ICQ but you never seem to be there.
