Steve Karapetian, aka SNOW, was reported to the government internet fraud agency today for his role in the vipdialer scam.

Anyways, I have to go work the night shift at my uncle Abdullah's liquer store.

dude, the feud between you and snow has been good for a few laughs, but you and snow both need to relax... maybe have a few drinks or take a pill or something. all this blood pressure can't be good.

Maybe snow didn't pay you, but just think it for a second, do you think it's really professionnal to send him right to the government before you even know the reason why he's late in payements? What you're doiing is only using the government and snow's time...

Snow have been ripped off by his partner, from what I heard.

He'll pay everyone will always....so why don't you act like an adult and stop saying that snow is a rip off?

Btw, did you ever heard of this promotional tool: Tell about it, wrong or right, but just tell about it, and he'll get promoted...

I believe too that the best thing is to let the government investigate and handle this, instead of listen to rumors and hoping to get paid.

If Snow is completely innocent he have nothing to fear.

My only involvement was to bring webmasters to join..Tyler Pratt from smutcash has decided to run off with our money.. I myself am owed 25k and have not been paid since june..Gib will do there absolute best to bring this to a close..

well...i doubt that any US govt agency...expecially in commerce would take any complaint from any ARAB seriously at this moment in time...they goto the bottom of the list...

Sadam, you are a fucking idiot. Fraud? It is obvious that snow is not committing fraud. If he was, than GIB would see that he kept their check and didn't pay his webmasters... Rather, an associate of his took the money and ran... A partnership is a business in which liability is split between the owners. Snow is liable for the fact that Tyler took GIB's money and ran, but he has not broken any laws himself. As you can see, and as he has notified us, he is working on the situation with GIB. Now get a fucking life and get off of this goddamn board you fucking poser.

I was under the impression that gib and snow were on the same team...and gib was helping snow with the rest of payouts that was lost. Was this a lie to?

Now they tell you take snow to court?

This has got out of hand. This was over a simple non-payment issue? You guys should settle this yourselves and not interupt the course of business that goes on here. If snow didn't pay you, go ahead and file the complaint if you think that will solve anything, I'm doubtful anything can be done unless you sue him and based on the amount outstanding, I doubt its worth your time. Just absorb it as bad debt and move on.

You're obviously saying that because it's not your money and hard work involved here.

Vipdialer owes me over $12k and I think that should be enough for a lawsuit.

I have faith that GIB will help us getting the money from Vipdialer and save us the trouble and expenses, but if I have to I'll sue everyone's ass to get my money. You guys can be sure of that!

Anything under $1000 is generally not worth it, but I agree, $12,000 is unacceptable. Maybe its time to contact a collection agency to get the bills straightened out. Especially for an amount of 12k, you damn well better go after your creditors/sponsors if its that much!

if someone owed my 12k i would be at their door at 7am asking where my $$ was untill i got paid.

For 12k i would fly wherever needed to collect.

Got my check and letter from GIB today.
Everything is caught up, nothing was late, and nothing is owed..

Like snow said GIB has backed this up and is now handeling the payments directly..

Everything is fine and we are getting payed.
For those of you who actually use VIP dialer, with todays check was a letter from GIB assuring us that all payments are made and nothing is late, and future checks will also be on time.

Everything is fine..

Ofcourse we know that everyone will be paid by GIB for periods after September 10. What is concerning us is the money untill that date!
Maybe Vipdialer paied you for those periods, but not to me or the other people here.

I still didn't get the letter from GIB yet, but from what GIB has been telling me it will have to be Vipdialer to pay us that money, and this case will most likely end up in court.

Still waiting for good news here...

well yes they said he was a reseller and now they pay directly and i should
"Give VIP dialer hell. We will do it from this end as well." (in a mail from them)
Well the point is Snow always paid me in past and sure i will get my owed money sometime in future but it's just a problem that i need the money right now urgent :-(
