Ahem, where to start with...

Hi all and greetings everybody,

I am fairly new to this but was reading your conversations for the last few weeks. I thought it'd be time for a coming out already.

I am seriously considering to start into this promising business and I'd like to ask if you'd care to point me into the right direction regarding which edge of this biz I should begin to work with / concentrate on: E.g. TGP, TGP2, AVS, Search Engines, Link Lists etc..

From what I read in the fora TGP appears to be kinda outdated and not working anymore? So I was considering to stik with AVS?

Also, how can I open an account at terra.es, how much do you make per month and where do I get public domain pictures for my first site? Please answer these questions so I won't need to repeat you mistakes.

Well their is no such things as public domain content! if you have no money you could try several sponsors that do supply content may be best for you, if you do have start up cash i would try buying your own content and find a good host and buy your own domain name, terra.es is not reliable and many tgp sites have them on the Ban list as far as what kind of site to make it depends on your skills, if i were you i would go to one of those newbie boards! there is a list of them @ http://www.allofem.com/boards.shtml

Wetdog thanks! So this is not a newbie board? Well I don't think so too. Well actually I know toms newbie booster but they are sooooo goood it kinda bores me. And its a kind of closed circle. What I like in AWI is the sense of humor and the sometimes rude tone, looks like everyone could say everything here LOL ... and it's still biz related for the most part.

Well i learned most on trial and error and made all kinds of mistakes! this buisness is a risk like any other, somtimes you hit good others times it will make you pull your hair out! best luck to you! just try to read from others mistakes on choosing sponsors .ect it can save you some hassels on the long run! this board is great for finding out who is paying on time and who is not as their is no holding back when some webmasters are owed monies exceding 5 figure digits.

start off with a good free host,,,

start working on galleries and such,,,
learn the ropes of the game,,,but most of all have fun,,,

learn about filtering and how to flow traffic,,,learn about what sponsers are good for you,,,in this business its all about trial and error,,,and no one can teach it to you you have to learn it yourself...

once you master it for like a few months,,,

then start linking all your galleries together and make your own AVS site,,,no you proberbly won't make money with in the AVS itself because of the free host but just start making more galleries promoting your own AVS,,,,,

then once you get your skills down you can invest into paid hosting
