Looking for a simple script

Im not into circle jerking....Im just looking for an inexpensive script that will automate the trade links on my site. It's become too much work moving the links around, trying to get the right amount of traffic to the right site....only to find that your trade didnt send you any traffic that day.
I still want to be able to have hard links on the site, and also be able to send through thumbnails. Is this possible?

Would anybody have any suggestions?
It would be greatly appreciated.

That's not really a simple script but actually a complex cj script.

I've been looking for the same thing, and I got RB2, we'll see if it does this.
