IMHO you should compress your thumbs a bit more. 13-26kb is way too big for a thumbnail http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif

Its pretty slow from my ADSL in the Netherlands. BUT I think the problem is your thumbnail size rather than your host.

i'm in USA, (New Jersey) and i'd say it comes up at medium speed too.
but i don't have the best connection either..
through AOL/phone line.

the thumbs took a bit longer to load
