productivty on tradepartners website

hi,fellow traders;-)

i have some trades in my ucj,the productivity from my tradepartners differ much at my own site(average is 1-in-hit=4-outclicks[[[before ucj i was at 1-in=9 clicks..but i changed all]]] ,but i think i can control it with ratio/capped trades,but i try to be fair.

now my question:

how can I improve the productivity at my tradepartners site?

my site is a tgp with 70% gallery and 30% trades/no popups.
(more bookmarks/SE?bether trades/another trades?..but there must be other ways.)

one idea i got allready.i have to make a ugly cj,and get peoples out from this circle into the real-pics-world,and i guess this scheme helps a little.

but are there any more ideas?
