Try pressing CTRL+V 2 times in Photoshop, that should work.
Or recapture the still frame and paste it again.

Marco
info@codialer.com
ICQ 29151164

it is pretty common, it is usually because of your graphic/video card - lack of speed, memory, sync etc.
to prevent this
1. stop movie, do not take screenshots on the fly
2. wait a sec
3. then printscr
4. import clipboard to your fav editor
5. if it fails, return to point #3
6. if it fails again, rew/fw movie to next keyframe, and start with point #2
7. if it fails, download virtualdub (freeware under GNU license), I havenīt had any problem with this one, CTRL+1 makes movie-screenshot
learn more here
http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/virtualdub.html
8. import in your fav editor
J.
