Well, i've been listening to the boards and talking to some people. And in the past three days this is what i've come up with.

I would remove some of those banners. Too much sponsor at the top of the site. The "select gallery here" part should move more to the top I think.

i totaly agree with quashe! the logo should be on top... i´d recommend removing the first banner not just replace... otherwise it would be too much banners..

I agree with both of you, except i'm running on a free host, and the top banner (teenfresh) is the hosts banner. I can't put anything above it, along with the bottom counter (69count) those two have to stay where they are. otherwise, yeah forsure they would be gone. Any other suggestions?

Does cjb.net allow adult sites? If not they may cancel you and you loose bookmark traffic

actually, i'm not running under cjb.net anymore i don't think. it fucked up my counters, because they generate a page for you, and sextracker, and so on can't count hits, because you can't edit their code, so i couldn't put the sextracker code on their generated page. Just haven't gotten around to getting a new banner yet.

I suggest you find a freehost that gives
you a shorter url like "yourname.freehost.com"
I wouldn't put the galleries in a dropdown
box but spread them some more, so surfers
will spot them more easily.
But then again, I'm a newbie too :-D

Totally agree slavelord, you should show your surfers what you offer easier, so they don't have to search your site for the galleries. Look at the Hun, his galleries are all in one list, and he is doing a great job for his visitors that way. Visitors don't want to spend their time searching for the sex they want.
