Here is how it works.
Do submit your Teen galleries to the Teenhouse
If i and the Surfers do like it then it goes to the Hall of Fame, if it's there you get traffic.
You don't get the 100k in 1 day it depends on the content it may take up to 1 month to get that but it's possible.
Now what do you have to do to get that traffic ??
Have a look at the site and what's in the Hall of Fame, submitt content which fits the Site and submit it.
ONLY LEGAL content please !!
You may notice which sponsors i use so don't submit the same stuff .
